Owner/operator of Justice Water Systems since taking over for his dad back in January of 2024. Kharom brings decades of experience in both well drilling and pumps and is currently licensed in CO (#1607) and CA (#1013957).

As the lead driller and all around go to guy, Caleb brings years of experience earned in the oil field industry. Caleb approaches every project with the thoughtfulness you’d expect from someone that not only loves what he does, but also loves the area we work in.

From driller’s apprentice to holding the in-house record for deepest well drilled (1105-feet) Paul has spent years learning the business from the ground up.

He SO versatile and has many nicknames, but Good Job Bob is our favorite. Bob is as nice as he is hardworking and keeps the jobsites going.
